Email Login & Outlook Setup Guide

Use this page to open webmail or add your Zayken Projects mailbox to Outlook Classic on Windows. Copy buttons are provided so you can paste the correct values without typing mistakes.

Webmail Login

Webmail lets you read and send email directly in your browser without installing Outlook.

Important: If Outlook does not configure the mailbox automatically, choose IMAP. Do not choose Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Exchange, Google, or POP for this mailbox.

Outlook Classic — Windows Setup

Open Outlook Classic

From the Windows Start menu, search for Outlook (classic) and open it.

Enter your email address

If Outlook already has another account, select File → Add Account. Type your complete Zayken Projects email address. Expand Advanced options, tick Let me set up my account manually, then select Connect.

Select IMAP

On the Advanced setup screen, choose IMAP. IMAP keeps the mailbox synchronized between Outlook, webmail, phone, and other devices.

Enter the server settings

Use these values exactly. Copy each value and paste it into Outlook.

Enter your mailbox password

Enter the password provided for your mailbox and select Connect. It is the same password you use for webmail.

Security: Do not share your mailbox password by email, message, or screenshot.

Setup complete

When Outlook displays Account successfully added, your Zayken Projects mailbox is ready to use. Send a test email and check that you can receive a reply.

Troubleshooting

  • Use your complete email address as the username.
  • Incoming mail: mail.zaykenprojects.com · Port 993 · SSL/TLS.
  • Outgoing mail: mail.zaykenprojects.com · Port 587 · STARTTLS.
  • Leave both Secure Password Authentication (SPA) options unchecked.
  • If outgoing mail fails, enable My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
  • If Outlook shows a certificate/security warning, stop and contact your email administrator before continuing.
  • If the password is rejected, test the same password first at mail.zaykenprojects.com.
